Huduma Center
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026
This policy explains what information CareOne collects, why we use it, when it is shared, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
CareOne is a mobile platform that helps care providers and caregivers connect, post or find care opportunities, apply for jobs, communicate, and review completed engagements. Huduma Center ("Huduma Center," "CareOne," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CareOne Android application, package com.kglabs.careone, and the related website at aidematch.com.
By using CareOne, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Information we collect

- Location and matching preferences: ZIP code, city, state, preferred service area, and search radius. CareOne does not request Android device location permission in the current app release.
- Marketplace activity: job posts, schedules, care requirements, applications, saved jobs, hiring and job-status choices, recommendations, and reviews.
- Communications: messages, attachments, support requests, and voice-call metadata such as participants, time, and call status. CareOne does not record or store the audio content of in-app voice calls.

Information collected automatically

We do not ask for or store your plain-text password. Authentication credentials are processed by Firebase Authentication.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, verify, maintain, and secure accounts;
- show relevant jobs and caregiver recommendations based on profile details, qualifications, location, radius, and user preferences;
- support job posting, applications, hiring decisions, withdrawals, job closure, and reviews;
- enable messages, attachments, in-app voice calls, notifications, and transactional emails;
- prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and safety incidents, and enforce our rules;
- respond to support and privacy requests; and
- measure reliability, diagnose failures, and improve CareOne.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
3. How information is shared
We disclose information only as needed for the following purposes:
- With other CareOne users: profile, job, application, review, and communication information is shown according to account role and the actions you take. Private contact details and uploaded files are not made public unless a feature clearly presents them to an authorized user.
- With service providers: Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database, file storage, hosting, server functions, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. Google Play supports app distribution and update services. Namecheap Private Email provides delivery of CareOne transactional email. These providers process information to perform services for us.
- For legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests; protect users or the public; investigate fraud or abuse; or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business changes: as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
4. App permissions and device access
- Microphone: used only when you start or answer an in-app voice call.
- Notifications: used, with your permission where required, for messages, applications, job activity, account verification, and other service updates.
- Photos and files: accessed only when you choose content through your device picker for a profile photo, credential, or message attachment.
- Network access: needed to connect to CareOne services.
You can manage available permissions in Android settings. Some features may not work when their required permission is disabled.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.
After account deletion, some limited information may remain temporarily in secure backups or be retained when law, fraud prevention, safety, or an ongoing dispute requires it. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
6. Your choices and rights
- Review and update profile and account information in the app.
- Manage notification and email preferences where those controls are available. Essential account, security, verification, and transactional messages may still be sent.
- Delete your account in CareOne through Profile → Settings → Account settings → Delete account.
- Use our public Account and Data Deletion page if you cannot access the app.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting admin@aidematch.com. We may need to verify your identity.
Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, authenticated access, and role-based data rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
CareOne is intended for adults seeking or offering care services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
9. External services and links
CareOne may open external websites or device services, such as email or phone dialing. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This policy applies only to CareOne services operated by Huduma Center.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as CareOne changes or legal requirements evolve. We will publish the revised policy at this URL, change the "last updated" date, and provide additional notice in the app or by email when required.
